Advisory Fees

As a fee-only adviser, the only money I earn comes directly from my clients. I am not a stockbroker. I don't get paid by churning your account, or by any type of commission. I don't sell insurance, and I don't sell investments. I don't get paid by hidden fees from fund companies, and I don't go on free golf outings or incentive vacations that are so prevalent in the financial industry and meant to influence my objectivity. I am fiercely independent, and I take that independence and fiduciary duty very seriously.
 
Every effort is made to keep your investment expenses low and transparent, starting with my own advisory fee. Unlike a fixed retainer fee that is solely in an adviser's best interest, I charge a small percentage of your total assets under management, so that you and I always sit on the same side of the table. My goal is then the same as yours – to both protect your portfolio and to help it grow. Unlike many advisers, my fee not only includes personalized investment management, but also all financial planning advice and services. This allows you to call or meet with me at any time without the concern of extra fees or hourly charges.

Unlike most other advisers, this is not a prorated fee schedule - you are charged only the lower fee on all your assets under management.
